Firstly, I have previously ordered the Porter Reversable Vest and the XL Scars and Brands Declaration of Independence both of which were top tier so I don't want to trash the whole company. However, I recently ordered this for my brother's birthday, back in February, accidentally ordered a small when I needed a large. IMMEDIATLY used the website's messaging, with order number etc. included, to fix it before it got too far down the line. Confirmation email comes in, I replied to that, etc. etc. Finally arrives, I do an online exchange request, that was about 2 weeks ago, still not a single reply back from anyone. No, nothing is in my junk box.
The product is good quality, looks nice, cool concept etc. I'm not sure what's going on, maybe they took off to fight the Russians, either way. Customer service seems to be non-existent right now.
