We do our absolute best to make sure you're 100% satisfied with the product you receive from us. That being said, mistakes do happen sometimes and we are committed to doing our best to make it right.

If there is an issue with a product or a mistake on an order, we are happy to exchange or return the product for you. All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment. Because we are not Amazon or Target (who pay next to nothing for shipping) we have some stipulations:

Personalized items are not able to be returned.

*Please Note: - Apparel must be unused, in new condition and tailor stitch intact (if applicable) in order for us to accept the return.

Please make sure to check our sizing guide before buying as returns due to sizing on clothing will be refunded at the full amount minus shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee. Exchanges will incur a 5% fee. 

If you want to initiate an exchange due to sizing, please send an email to info@savagegentleman.com with the subject line in the following format:

[order number] Exchange Request

We will send a prepaid shipping label to your email and then you can ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and ship you out a different size. 

If you want to initiate a return, please send an email to info@savagegentleman.com with the subject line in the following format:

[order number] Return Request

We will send a prepaid shipping label to your email and then you can ship it back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect the item and determine if you are eligible for a refund. A refund will be credited back to your initial form of payment.
