Wrong size was sent to me.

Called and spoke to Josh who was a nice guy but later received an email from another CSR stating I marked the wrong size. I ordered the grey Savage Gentleman tshirts before and this time they said I marked SMALL. Why would I mark small if I clearly have ordered in the past and it was an XXL. Customer service needs some work. Just make your customer happy and send him his size of XXL. Still have not received a shipping label. Very poor Customer service.
