Shirt runs small

I purchased an XL hoodie and a Large Shirt. I did an XL hoodie because I figured it would shrink some and I wanted it to be a bit baggy. However the Large shirt that I ordered is pretty snug, before it was washed and dried. I feel like the Large fits like a Medium does.

Not exactly what I ordered

The shirt I ordered was not like the picture. The lettering was supposed to be a charcoal gray or black according to the picture. When I received it, the lettering is white and it seems to be ironed on lettering. Disappointed in my purchase.
