Q. Do you really make your own products?
A. A few of our items like T-Shirts, and notebooks are sourced from reputable companies that we trust. Most of our products are made by us at our shop in Salt Lake City, UT. This enables us to scratch our creative itch, ensure quality, and employ manufacturing in the States. If we can't make it ourselves, we try to source from a company manufacturing in the USA. If this is not feasible, we will source from reputable companies that we trust.
Q. What happens If I don't like one of the products I buy from you?
A. You can send it back for a replacement, or we can give you a refund minus shipping costs. We really think you'll be happy though!
Q. What happens if one of your product fails under normal use?
A. We will replace it for free! Our goal is to make our customers happy and we'll bend over backwards to do so. If you encounter a problem, try to act like a Gentleman, and send an email to info@savagegentleman.com. We'll get you squared away!
Q. How do I take care of my leather goods?
A. We recommend cleaning your leather periodically with a soft bristle brush or clean cloth. Rehydrate the leather with a leather conditioner of your choice. We use Smith's Leather Balm for our boots, shoes, and leather goods.
Q. I have an idea for a product, who do I talk to?
A. We would love to hear it! If we end up making that product, we will give you one for free. Shoot an email to Matt@savagegentleman.com

Q. Can you make a custom design?
A. Yes. We make all of our leather products in house, and have the ability to make custom designs for corporate gifts, wedding parties, or dealers. Design charges may apply. Keep in mind, that we only do this for larger order quantities.
