Horrible cheap jacket

I was really disappointed with this jacket and this company. The material is cheap and it is ill-fitting. The sleeves on the XL are ridiculously short. This company had better issue a refund and not just store credit. I’m guessing the positive reviews on here are fake, no way anybody was satisfied with this junky jacket.

Overpriced. I thought it would be a thicker heaver jacket for $400 from the pictures. You need to make it known that you only expect exchanges and no refunds. Disappointed.

Worth It

This jacket is pinnacle Savage Gentleman craftsmanship. I've already worn it as a 'smart casual' jacket as well as a business casual jacket with plenty of compliments not only on its look, but the era from which inspired the design. One woman said, "You look like a gentleman." An older gentleman (likely a savage one in his prime) complimented its 'Hemingway' look. Wild, right?

Definitely size up, as recommended, I did. 99% of the time I'm a L or 42R - I ordered a size up and it was worth the uncertainty. Fits snug enough for a button down, but roomy enough for light layers up to a sweater without feeling tight or uncomfortable.

The customer service is beyond reproach for sure. Since this is already a bit lengthly - I'll just sum up as best I can. Order placed within a window to request cancellation (item not shipped). Cancellation request successful. Received items - email support. (Re) purchase because I received the items. The communication about integrity was a pleasure because that's what we do as gentleman. Have discourse and do the right thing.

Anyway, kudos to the Savage Gentleman and I applaud all you Savage Gentlemen out there doing the right thing.

I just received the Ketchum jacket I ordered and its great. I got a size larger than I normally wear and the fit is perfect.
