Picturesque Small Business

I was first disappointed when I only received one glass and ordered two. I left a review expressing this- within the hour was contacted, and within days I had my second glass. Savage Gentleman is doing exactly what small business do well- being personal. I love the brand, the glasses look great, and so long as I hand wash them they seem like good quality. Can’t wait to buy more.

Bad Customer Service

I love the glass. I was waiting so long for it to come in, and when it did I loved it! My only problem was that I only received one. After being in contact with customer service, sending email, and calling, despite giving my tracking number and being told I would get my second glass, I was left in the dust. I was very excited to find this site, but I’m really disappointed in being cheated out of the drink ware I paid for.

I'm not sure what happened here but we obviously dropped the ball somewhere. After looking at your order, it shows that you only ordered and paid for 1 glass. I've emailed you the confirmation just to make sure we aren't going crazy on our end. Again, I apologize that you had a poor customer service experience with us. We are a small company and each of us wear numerous hats throughout the day; as such we are vulnerable to breakdowns in communication. At the end of the day, we want you happy, so if you were indeed charged something other than what our system shows, let us know and we will make it up and then some!
