Excellent customer service for broken tumbler.

Ended up with a broken rocks glass in my shipment. Sunday I received a note one was on its way. A few days later a heavily wrapped glass showed up unbroken to replace the damaged one. Well done.

Handy as Hell

They're the perfect size for your pocket, tacklebox, hunting backpack, etc. Had a SNAFU with my first order, but customer service went above and beyond to make it right.

Decent

Notebooks are decent. I ordered 6 and got 2. Sending messages/emails hasn't worked. Definitely not worth what I ended up paying.
